RIVER CRUISING
“Savor the Secrets of Europe’s cities and seek out their History…Nothing beats a River Cruise”
RIVER CRUISING through the heart of Europe is a remarkable voyage. Its history in slow motion and very different from ocean cruising. A river cruise takes you away from the fast track. Instead you visit charming cities and picturesque towns where people live their traditional lives far away from the hustle and bustle of the big ship ocean ports.
The ships are sleek and slim, built to fit river requirements, yet passengers are amazed at the level of luxury these ships offer. Compact but well appointed staterooms, nightly entertainment and fantastic food. Some ships have free-flowing wine, beer and soda with every dinner; and complimentary Espresso and Cappucinno with every meal.
A buffet breakfast and lunch and full table service at dinner provide excellent meals with lots of choices for people on special diets, or even the picky eater.
Shore excursions are with qualified tour guides or on your own to explore the heart of the cities, where winding streets lead to ancient walls, fortresses, castles, cathedrals and quaint shops.
